Terms of Service
Last updated October 18, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Flmmd Tech Solutions LLC (“we”), the company that runs NMIdash (the “Service”). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The Service
NMIdash is a dashboard that connects to your NMI payment gateway account with an API key you provide. It shows your transaction data and lets you carry out actions such as refunds, voids and payments through your own gateway account. We are not a payment processor, bank or money transmitter, and we do not hold funds. Your gateway, processor and bank agreements stay in force and govern your payments. We are not affiliated with NMI.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 and authorized to access the NMI account you connect. Keep your password and API keys safe; you are responsible for activity in your account. Tell us at support@paymentdashwp.com straight away if you think your account has been misused.
3. Free trial and subscription
New accounts get a 7-day free trial. To start it you set up a subscription of $200 per month (plus any taxes) through PayPal; nothing is charged until the trial ends, and the first payment is taken on the day it ends unless you cancel before then. One free trial per business and per NMI account. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Plan & billing; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are not refundable except where required by law or where we charged you in error. We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice by email; the new price applies from your next billing date after the notice period. Charges appear on statements as “FLMMD TECH SOLUTIONS”.
4. Actions you take
Refunds, voids and payments you start in the Service are sent to your gateway as you instruct. You are responsible for them, for confirming amounts before you submit, and for complying with card network rules and laws that apply to your business. We may limit how often actions can be taken to protect your account.
4a. Team members
You can invite team members and choose what each can see and do. You are responsible for who you invite, for the access you give them, and for their actions in your account. Removing a team member ends their access straight away.
4b. Connected services
You may connect other services you have your own accounts with, such as Stripe, Square, PayPal, Authorize.net and Twilio. When you do, you authorize us to use the credentials or access you provide to read your data from those services and, for Twilio, to send messages as you set up. Your agreements with those providers continue to apply, including any fees they charge (for example Twilio's charges for text messages). You can disconnect a service at any time.
4c. Messages to your customers
Automated emails and texts are sent on your behalf and at your direction. You are responsible for their content and for having the consent the law requires before messaging someone, including under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the CAN-SPAM Act and carrier rules for business texting (such as registering your number with Twilio). Do not use the Service to send marketing texts to people who have not agreed to receive them.
4d. Register, tax figures and reports
The register works out totals, discounts, tax and tips from the products and tax rate you enter. Tax reports, year-end summaries and accountant exports are prepared from your data for convenience. They are not tax, legal or accounting advice. You are responsible for your tax rates, filings and books; check figures with your accountant before relying on them.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to access accounts you are not authorized to use, to interfere with the Service, or to try to get around its security. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Data
You keep all rights to your data. You let us process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. It depends on your gateway's API, which we do not control. We may improve or change features over time.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is”. Figures in the dashboard come from your gateway and are for information; your gateway and processor records are authoritative for accounting, tax and disputes. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
10. Ending the agreement
You can stop at any time by cancelling and deleting your account. We may end or suspend your access for a material breach of these terms. Sections 6 to 11 survive.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
